Correction : the fitting method is changed from previous one. Here fit values are Ti Ka1 and Ni Ka1 means not ev2ch and intercept. To fix other means ev2ch and intercept are calculated from fitted means and referential X-rays energy. The fit function is 8 Gaussian and a quadratic background. A corrected histogram is made as 1 bin = 10 eV or 12 eV.
