Calibration (results bug fixed)

These are new results after bug fixing.

Correction : the fitting method is changed from previous one. Here fit values are Ti Ka1 and Ni Ka1 mean not ev2ch and intercept. To fix other means ev2ch and intercept are calculated from fitted means and referential X-rays energy. The fit function is 8 Gaussian and a quadratic background. A corrected histogram is made as 1 bin = 10 eV.

Confirmation : the fitting method is also changed. This time only Ti Ka1 mean is fitted. Other means are fixed by referential X-rays energy differences from Ti Ka1 mean.

For sdd1...
all :    Ti Ka1 mean = 4509.1 ± 0.2 eV
          Ti Ka1 sigma = 65.2 ± 0.2 eV

part : Ti Ka1 mean = 4509.0 ± 0.2 eV
          Ti Ka1 sigma = 64.5 ± 0.2 eV

still Ti Ka1 mean is ~ 1.8 eV smaller than a referential value 4510.84 eV.
