&Sigma^- d n result from dp events

Event selection

In order to investigate possible S/N improvement, correlations between hyperon mass and

1. Deuteron momentum

2. Proton momentum

3. dp total momentum = Y^- momentum

are examined firstly.

S/N improvement is not feasible. Therefore, &Sigma^- is just defined by 1185.0< M_Y^- < 1215.0 . We expect 480 counts combinatorial BG, out of 1194 &Sigma^- d p events.
