VDC tracking - finalization.


Here, E549 VDC tracking is finalized.
  • Re-timing by TC A layer
  • dt-dr reconstruction for every 10 runs
  • 2nd stages of spline correction
  • are applied. dt-dr function is just constructed from cosmic ray calibration...and applied to the beam data, considering the possible dt-deviation due to the difference of the direction of motion of detected particle compared to the cosmic ray for VDCtop.

    VDC track resolution for cosmic ray . Cosmic ray trigger has been activated from run 25. The VDC performance and stability is now very nice, though several jumps are found at the point with some hardware troubles.

    VDC track efficiency for cosmic ray . We can know the status of the VDC from the plot. Sometimes, sudden jumps are found, which are corresponding to some hardware trouble on VDC. From this plot, we can drop the jusk run.

    VDC track resolution for beam just defined without any selection onto E549 Trigger type. Several jumps are found at the K^+/pi^- calibration runs.
