- +1500V, Current gauge shows 1uA. It was never fluctuated.

- Pressure in the chamber little bit increase (9,1E-07Torr).
- Supplying voltage enhance degas of MCP??

- To see output of voltage / current monitor of HV module, it did not moved from start value(current when voltage 0V). so it might be okay. move to startup procedure.
- Pressure still increase. (9.4E-07Torr).
- Voltage OFF and wait several minutes, then pressure goes down. Pressure depends on voltage of MCP. heat?

-AIMS was turned OFF. just before, output was 4.933V. 9.3E-07Torr.
-FAMP8 activated. ch7 connected MCP front line.
-bias 1kV -> OK.
-bias 1.9kV-> MCP signal appeared. nominal shape. current is in stable.
