-- 粉砕するのではなくナイフで切り出した。5mm角*厚さ3mm。Pt-Pd蒸着1nm程度。撮影した面は、切断によって新たに生まれた表面。カーボンペーストがかかっている領域・かかっていない領域を撮影。カーボンペーストがかかった領域では粒径が大きくなるように見える→これまでのAerogel写真は撮影に失敗していた。
